Frequently asked questions about organisation plans

General Overview

Features & Tools

Collaboration tools facilitate teamwork by offering features like commenting and project organisation. User management, on the other hand, gives admins the capabilities to organise work by adding and removing users, as well as assigning them different roles within the plan.

With a Dedicated Success Manager, you have a direct line to a Transkribus team member for fast-lane support. You also have the opportunity for a quarterly check-in call to discuss any topics of your choice.

Regular speed places your server jobs in a general queue without priority. Advanced speed allows your jobs to skip those with only regular processing speed. Priority speed not only allows you to skip all non-priority jobs but also ensures your jobs are processed on our most powerful infrastructure.

User Management and Collaboration

Billing and Storage

Yes, additional storage can be purchased as needed. For this, just contact your success manager.

Storage quotas are based on the collections you own. If there are legacy collections with multiple owners, the storage amount is split and attributed to these owners. With all new collections, only one user will be the owner of a collection.

As the admin of your organisation plan, the full quota from your subscription is credited to your account at the start of each billing cycle (whether monthly or yearly). You have the flexibility to distribute this quota to other accounts or collections within your organisation by transferring credits as needed.

Yes, the full yearly allowance is available right at the beginning of your annual subscription period.
